Please read carefully this Terms of Use before using SIHLAB.com service as further stated below.
By creating a SIHLAB.com account (the Account), accessing or using SIHLAB.com Service whether through SIHLAB.com website https://SIHLAB.com/ (the Website), you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, which all together constitute the entire legally binding agreement between you and SIHLAB.com, governing your use of our service (collectively, the Agreement).
By accessing the Application and/or Webiste to use the services provided by SIHLAB.com you signify that you have read, understand, have the legal capacity to and hereby agree to be legally bound by and to comply with the Terms of Use in full.

SIHLAB.com is an online platform that allows Steam-registered users to search, trade and purchase Steam-supported virtual items between each other in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. SIHLAB.com is not affiliated in any way with Valve Corporation and its affiliates (collectively the Valve).
By accessing our services, you agree that the terms of any respective Steam subscriber agreements and/or terms and conditions, and/or policies shall apply to you in all respects. Any warranties, rights, obligations or other contractual relationships that you may have with respect to your Steam account and Valve shall remain consistent with, and part of the Terms of Use hereof.
During trade, sale or purchase of virtual items SIHLAB.com acts as an intermediary between the Users.SIHLAB.com does not acquire any ownership or any other proprietary rights concerning the virtual items and is not a party to any agreement between the Users selling, purchasing or exchanging virtual items through SIHLAB.com. SIHLAB.com is not related to online gambling and does not run any drawings, lotteries and/or virtual casinos.
SIHLAB.com Service is available through the Website and the Application. The Application is designed as a functional supplement to SIHLAB.com Service available at the Website (“SIHLAB.com Service” or “Service”).

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
Users under the age of 18
If you are under the age of 18, please ask your parent or your legal guardian to read and accept the Terms of Use on your behalf before proceeding further with using the Service unless you are not obliged to do so in accordance with your local jurisdiction. By continuing using the Service you affirm that you have understood and accepted the Terms and
Conditions. If you (or your parent or legal guardian, if applicable) do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, then you may not use or access the Service or any part thereof. By creating an account as further stated below, you represent and warrant that you are a “natural person” who is over the age of 18 or whose parent or legal guardian have accepted and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

(1) according to your local jurisdiction you are of legal age and eligible to enter into the Agreement;
(2) according to your local jurisdiction you have no restrictions to use the Service;
(3) you will comply with the Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations and will not directly or indirectly use the Service for any illegal activities;
(4) you have all necessary and relevant experience and knowledge to deal with virtual items, have a full understanding of their framework, are aware of all the merits, risks and any restrictions associated with virtual items including their purchase and use, as well as the necessary and relevant expertise and knowledge to trade, sale and/or purchase them, and accept the sole responsibility for any decisions made in respect of such items within the Service;
(5) you are a rightful holder of all the virtual items associated with your Steam ID.

(1) refuse any trade of any virtual item;
(2) reverse any trade of any virtual item with refund of the money paid;
(3) modify, suspend and/or discontinue the Service, Website or Application content, features or offers with or without notifying you beforehand;
(4) provide different capabilities and/or features for our Website and Application, without any recourse to you or without any rights of claim assignable to you;
(5) undertake any actions as may deem appropriate in response to actual and/or suspected violations of these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to the suspension and/or termination of your access to the Service and/or Application and/or Website and/or Account;
(6) restrict the usage of the Service and/or Website and/or Application without prior notification for account holders that are fall within the following categories:
(a) Sanctioned individuals whose names are listed on international sanction lists (UN, OFAC, EU), and
(b) any individual acting on behalf any person listed on the above-mentioned international lists;
(7) to cooperate with public authorities or third parties authorities and/or third parties in relation to the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. SIHLAB.com
may also provide information in response to any legal processes, such as subpoenas, search warrants and court orders, or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims. SIHLAB.com shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of such information by such third parties.

In order to use SIHLAB.com Service you can sign-in through your Steam user account provided by Valve.
By signing-in you authorize us to access and use certain Steam user account information, including, but not limited to your public Steam profile and the list of your virtual items. To know more about the personal data we collect from you and how we use it, please visit our Privacy Policy.
Upon signing-in, your individual SIHLAB.com account (the Account) will be created automatically and you will be assigned with your personal SIHLAB.com ID (the Seller ID) to monitor your virtual items and SIHLAB.com balance.
You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your login credentials, maintaining the confidentiality and restricting access to your Account, as well as for all activities that occur under these credentials. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service within your Account is in compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.

If we suspend that you are in a material breach of the Terms of Use and any other SIHLAB.com policy, we may undertake the following actions subject to our discretion without prior notice:
i. Suspend your Account;
ii. Suspend any transactions without any refund;
iii. Terminate your Account with immediate effect.
We further note that if the breach is not material, we may provide you with a notice of 14 days to give you the opportunity to rectify the breach subject to our discretion.
We note that we can undertake any and all of the above actions subject to our discretion without any liability or further obligation of any kind whatsoever to you or any other party.

Using SIHLAB.com Service you can exchange, sell and/or purchase any virtual item available on the SIHLAB.com Application and/or the Website.
In case the virtual item you exchanged was more expensive than the one you received, extra money from the exchange will be saved on your SIHLAB.com Balance and can be used later. However, there is no guarantee that there will be any available items for that price.
In the event that the virtual item you wish to exchange is of lesser value than the one you wish to obtain, then, you may pay the difference by using your SIHLAB.com Balance.
Any money you may receive from the sale of your virtual item will be saved in your SIHLAB.com Balance.
To purchase a virtual item you can either use (i) a payment method supported by a third-party payment service provider (the Payment Method) made available to you by SIHLAB.com or (ii) your SIHLAB.com Balance.
You are solely responsible for reading and understanding all and any terms and conditions of any transactions conducted on, via or as a result of using the Service.
All trades made on SIHLAB.com platform are independent from each other.
It is forbidden for the Users to:
(1) use any programs, mechanisms to avoid any regulations and to hide your identity, location;
(2) use someone else's documents, proof of identity, Payment Methods;
(3) take actions that may distort and/or affect the performance, security, fairness, integrity of the Platform and the Service;
(4) use any vulnerabilities of the Platform to receive profit;
(5) use multiple accounts to monopolize the market or manipulate the prices any other way.
We do our best to keep the fairest prices and fullest range of virtual products accessible for all the Users. SIHLAB.com reserves the right to set limits per one User (or the same person under multiple accounts) for purchasing one type of a product or a category of products to prevent monopolizing and keep the prices fair for all Users.
We may set limits on the sell prices of virtual items set by Users in Sell Mode. User sell price shall not exceed SIHLAB.com’s sell price for the same virtual item by the percentage set by SIHLAB.com. The maximum percentage of the excess (the limit) is displayed on the Sell Mode page when placing a virtual item for sale.

Any trades and transactions conducted on SIHLAB.com Website and/or Application are final and not subject to a return, refund and/or cancellation.

Through the Service, SIHLAB.com makes available a prepaid balance service (the SIHLAB.com Balance). Your SIHLAB.com Balance may only be used to perform transactions within SIHLAB.com Service.
To access SIHLAB.com Balance you may be asked to provide registration details, including without limitation a Payment Method (as defined below) and related billing address. SIHLAB.com may offer you the ability to use the following payment methods to place prepaid funds into your SIHLAB.com Balance: credit card, PayPal or any other Payment Method as specified by SIHLAB.com.
SIHLAB.com Balance does not constitute a personal property and has no value outside the Service.
SIHLAB.com Balance funds are non-transferable to another service or person and do not accrue interest.
SIHLAB.com does not provide any crypto-fiat, fiat-crypto or any other currency exchange services and does not act as such exchange.
SIHLAB.com bonuses you for depositing your SIHLAB.com Balance at the time of money transfer to your SIHLAB.com Balance. Check “Add Funds” page to see your bonuses.
At any time SIHLAB.com Balance shall not exceed the amount equivalent to USD 20.000.

SIHLAB.com is entitled to use payment methods for the purpose of depositing SIHLAB.com Balance in order to purchase, sale and/or exchange virtual items by the User (the Payment Methods). The respective Payment Method provider is primarily responsible for facilitating the payment of your transactions conducted on the Website and/or Application and providing to the User payment-related customer support.
SIHLAB.com is not responsible for any delays in payment and/or actions of the respective Payment Service provider. The terms and conditions between the Payment Method and the Users who utilize the payment services are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to these Terms and Conditions.
For transactions made through a Payment Method (i) the privacy policy of the respective Payment Method shall apply to all payments and should be reviewed and understood by the User before making any transaction, and (ii) any other terms or policies made available to you by the Payment Method.
All monetary transactions are made in US dollars, including all applicable taxes. In this respect, your payment will be converted into USD at the time of the payment, if applicable.
By performing transactions via SIHLAB.com Service you acknowledge and confirm that you are the owner or an authorized user or of all payment accounts, bank cards or any other payment methods you use to make any payments.
You are responsible for the payment of any fees, taxes or other costs, associated with the conduction of transactions via the Payment Method or the applicable duties and taxes imposed by your local authorities. The respective charged amounts shall be indicated on the respective payment page of the relevant Payment Method. The list of available Payment Methods shall be solely defined by SIHLAB.com and indicated on SIHLAB.com Website and Application.
By performing transactions via SIHLAB.com Service you acknowledge and confirm that you are the owner of all payment accounts, bank cards or any other payment methods you use to make any payments.

The Service is provided via the Website and/or Application and/or on any SIHLAB.com platform "as is", we make no warranties, expressed or implied, and we hereby disclaim and negate all and any warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Service and/or materials in relation to our Service or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites and/or affiliated parties linked to this site.
To the extent permitted by applicable law you shall indemnify, and hold harmless SIHLAB.com, its licensors, licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users, and all of the foregoing entities' respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, and expenses arising out of or in connection with (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your violation of the Agreement, (iii) the sale, purchase, and/or use of any virtual items, (iv) your violation of any third party right, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy right, and (v) any submission by you that causes damage to a third party.
You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. SIHLAB.com reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You shall not enter into any agreement that affects the rights of SIHLAB.com without SIHLAB.com’s prior written approval.

Neither SIHLAB.com nor any other party involved in creating or delivering the Application and/or Website and/or Services shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with (i) any use of, or inability to use, the Services, the Website or the Application or (ii) the sale, purchase, or use of the virtual items.
The Website, Application or Service may contain links to other third-party websites. We are not in any way responsible for the content of such links as these are not in any way monitored by us. We shall not be held liable and/or responsible for the content of such third-party websites and accept no liability for any loss or damages occurring as a result of or relating to the use of these websites. We note that if you access these third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.
The foregoing limitation applies regardless of the nature of the cause of action (whether breach of contract or tort, including negligence) and even if SIHLAB.com has previously been advised of, or reasonably could have foreseen, the possibility of such damage or loss.
The foregoing limitation applies to all damages arising out of or in connection with any use of, or inability to use the Service, the Website, or the Application or, including but not limited to: (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies; (ii) personal injury or property damage; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers, including any personal or financial information stored therein; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through the application or services; and/or (v) any goods sold or purchased.
To the extent that any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of any incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation shall apply to the extent permissible under applicable law.
SIHLAB.com’s aggregate liability to a User in any circumstance is limited to either the amount paid by the user to SIHLAB.com during the year preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

We may make changes to this Agreement and to the Service from time to time without prior notification. We may do this for a variety of reasons including changes in or requirements of the law, new features, or changes in business practices and/or any other reason. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted on the Website and on the Application, and you should regularly check for the most recent version. If the changes include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you of the changes by reasonable means, which could include notification through the Service or via email. If you continue to use the Service after the changes become effective, then you agree to the revised Agreement.

If you wish to terminate this Agreement as between you and SIHLAB.com, you can do so at any time by no longer accessing and/or using SIHLAB.com Service.

You may request us to delete your Account without cause at any time via sending us an email at [email protected]. If you close your Account, then you will not be able to use the Service.

No waiver made by SIHLAB.com of any breach or any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or prior breach of the same or any other provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Useis deemed invalid and/or unenforceable under any statute, regulation, ordinance, legislation or by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall be deemed reformed or deleted but only to the extent necessary to comply with such statute, regulation, ordinance, arbitrator, or court, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SIHLAB.com may assign, subcontract or otherwise transfer its rights and/or obligations hereunder without notice to you or obtaining your consent. You may not assign, subcontract or otherwise transfer your rights and/or obligations hereunder.

Where permitted under the applicable law, you agree that you may bring claims against SIHLAB.com only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
